Booking

In order for a booking to be accepted we require the following details:

Name
Full Postal Address
Contact Telephone Number
Debit/Credit card details

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the expected arrival date, we will make
a charge equivalent to the cost of one night's stay in each room booked.

The period is increased to 48 hours between April and September,
And 7 Days over Easter & Christmas/New Year,

Seven Days Notice is also required If All rooms are Booked by the same Person or Company

When a booking involves All Rooms at Weekends ( Friday/Saturday or Saturday Sunday)

Then a £200 NON-Refundable deposit is payable on booking.

Weekend Policy

Between March 1st & October 31st We do not accept single Saturday night bookings
unless booked within 14 days of the expected arrival date.

All weekend bookings during this time must be for 2 nights or more & confirmed in the Above manner.

We do not accept bookings at any time for single occupancy rooms on a Saturday night only.
