La Fleur de Lys opened its doors in 1991 in Shaftesbury’s Salisbury Street, quickly earning a reputation for refined cuisine and warm service. After twelve successful years, we moved to our current home — a former girls’ boarding house on Bleke Street — and lovingly transformed it into a stylish restaurant with boutique rooms.
Now entering our 31st year, we continue to uphold our founding principles of excellence, value, and personal service. David, Mary, Marc, and the team take pride in using the finest local produce and delivering an experience that’s memorable for all the right reasons.
An award-winning chef with global experience, from London’s top hotels to private kitchens in Bermuda and Saudi Arabia. David brings decades of culinary passion and expertise to the kitchen.
