Weekend Policy
Between March 1st & October 31st We do not accept single Occupancy Saturday night bookingsunless booked within 14 days of the expected arrival date.All weekend bookings during this time must be for 2 nights or more & confirmed in the Above manner.We do not accept bookings at any time for single occupancy rooms on a Saturday night only.

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the expected arrival date, we will makea charge equivalent to the cost of one night's stay in each room booked.The period is increased to 48 hours between April and September, and 7 Days over Easter & Christmas/New Year,Seven Days Notice is also required If All rooms are Booked by the same Person or CompanyWhen a booking involves All Rooms at Weekends ( Friday/Saturday or Saturday Sunday)Then a £200 NON-Refundable deposit is payable on booking.
